Проблема на IamLive!
Посетители платят, но не видят!!! Раньше все было хорошо.
Вроде ничего в настройках компьютера не меняла. Но вот уже месяц как нормальной работы нет. В чем может быть проблема?
Подскажите пожалуйста.

Dear Agent,

There is no special software you have to download. The software
downloads
itself automatically onto your computer.
All you have to do is meet the following requirements and make
sure that the
security definitions of your browser are compatible with the
Imlive system.

In order to work with Imlive program your pc has to have the
following
application and equipment:

Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
NOT win 95/NT/Mac/Linux
Browser:
Internet Explorer 5.5 and up, the best is version 6 or AOL 7
and up
NOT Netscape or any other browser
You can update your browser by going to:
http://www.microsoft...ie6/default.asp
Download version 6 >restart computer > and try again.

1. Please make sure that all the activeX, Java and cookies are
enabled.
Open your browser (Internet Explorer version 6.0) then:
Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet >
Press "Custom
Level"
Make sure all the ActiveX are Enabled and all the Java
features are not
disabled.
For the cookies - make sure that the Privacy is set to
Medium or Medium
High so
your computer can receive cookies.

2. Please make sure your webcam is installed correctly

3. Please check the driver for your webcam, there should not be
any other
drivers installed

4. Please disconnect and connect your webcam > then close the
browser > open
browser and
try again.
Please note that if there is a firewall installed upon your
system that may
block the full download of the eyeball components, which enable
you to
videochat.
This may also occur if you have a Norton antivirus system.

Please try the following:
Close all your browsers and then open a NEW browser and do the
following:
Go To tools > Internet options > general >
Go To tools > settings > check 'Every visit to
the page' (the 1st option) > o.k.
Go To tools > Internet options > general >
Go To tools > settings > check that the
temporary internet file folder is between 2-5 MB
Go To tools > Internet options > general >
Go To tools > settings > view files > click on
Ctrl+A > delete all of the files
Go To tools > Internet options > general > Delete
Go To tools > temporary Internet files;
delete the cookies and clear history on that same page > ok.
Go To tools > Internet options > choose the
Go To tools > advanced tab> scroll down to
security > make sure the box that says "Empty
security > temporary Internet files
folder when browser is closed" is checked
Go To tools -> Internet options -> Advanced ->
Go To tools -> scroll down to browsing >
Show friendly HTTP error messages and make sure the box is
empty (not
checked)

Click OK and close the browser.

Please open the browser and log back on.
