В этой версии есть очень классная функция - Качество Видео находиться в Options.
Жрет очень много процессов но при этом выдает класное качество.

Video quality in Options
Allows you to change output video quality in SplitCam using the following resize methods:
• Very low - uses a nearest-neighbor interpolation. For this method CPU loading is minimal, than in the other method
• Low - uses a bilinear interpolation. This method is optimal for most video.
• Medium - uses resampling using pixel area relation. It may be a preferred method for image decimation, as it gives moire’-free results. But when the image is zoomed, it is similar to Low method.
• High - a bicubic interpolation over 4x4 pixel neighborhood, for enlarging an image,
• Very high - a Lanczos interpolation over 8x8 pixel neighborhood, this method gives you good qualitity but influences on CPU loading
